Sounds like fun. Just one question, though, what does 'remix' actually mean? Is any kind of version good enough, or does it need to be one those techno things?

PS. Don't rate everything in there. Just rate the ones you think deserve a ten and leave the rest.

I don't know what Golbez exactly had in mind, but I would say any kind of remix will do, as long as you preserve enough of the original theme to still be able to recognize it.

True. Your own interpretation, adaptation and/or rendition. I just don't want a tab for the actual song. I want it slightly modified and presented in a unique way. Maybe a rocked out version of Holy Night, etc.

Other themes I thought of: the wedding song, and the military "I don't know what I've been told..." tune.

Cool! I'll probably pick some trad favourite and blues and/or rock it up a bit, then.

Oh, so you're doing one of mine? Shouldn't you ask for permission first?

I got some more ideas for possibilities:... actually, here's a pretty good list:

http://www.nurseryrhymes4u.com/NURSERY_ ... DSONG.html

Also, there's car tunes like:
99 Bottles of Beer
I know an old Lady who swallowed a fly
Hole in the bottom of the Sea.

Jewish tunes: Hava Nagila, Dradle Dradle.

Still 6 days to crank one of these puppies out!

Forgot about this... if it was extended one day I would compose something tomorrow.
